New user registration instructions


  1. Enter the following information in fields provided and select “Submit”:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
    • This should be your individual email address not a group email address. This email will be used to communicate with you specifically during the password reset process.
  • Phone number
  • Create Username (cannot contain @)
  • Activation ID – previously provided
  • Supplier ID – previously provided
  • Password – Must meet requirements detailed in About Passwords section below
  • Choose challenge questions, provide responses.
  1. Enter your Username and Password to access the authentication page.
  2. A one-time passcode will be sent to the email address on file. This passcode is valid for five minutes.  Enter the passcode and select “Submit” to be directed to the “Manage Customer Relationships” page.

Customer Relationships page instructions


Note: A Customer Relationship (unique Activation ID and Supplier ID combination) can only be connected to one user profile at a time.

  • Existing Customer Relationships
    • Select “Enroll/Update” to be directed to the Enrollment page to sign up to receive electronic payments from your customer.
  • Manage Customer Relationships
    • Create additional customer relationships on your profile.
      • Enter the customer’s unique Activation ID and Supplier ID.
      • If you have not previously enrolled to receive electronic payments, you need to select “Enroll/Update” to sign up to receive electronic payments from your customer.
    • Update your payment profile for each customer relationship - If you previously enrolled to receive electronic payments for a specific customer, you are able to update your payment information by selecting “Enroll/Update”.
    • Remove customer relationship - If you no longer have a relationship with a customer in the Existing Customer Relationships list, select “Remove”.

About Username


Note:  Username will be disabled after 18 months of inactivity.

  • Username creation - A username is created when completing the “New User Registration” page. Select “New User Registration” on the Sign on page on supplieronboarding.com
  • Username guidelines - Username is a minimum of 2 characters and may include letters, numbers, periods (.), dashes (-), and underscores ( _ ). Note: Username cannot contain @ or spaces.
  • Forgot Username
    • Select “Forgot Username” on the Sign on page at supplieronboarding.com.
    • Enter the email address used in your profile and select “Submit” to display the Username.
    • Select “Return to Sign on”.

About Passwords


  1. Password creation - A password is created when completing the “New User Registration”. This page is accessed by selecting “New User Registration” on the Sign on page at supplieronboarding.com.
  2. Password guidelines -
    1. 8–12 characters in length
    2. Include each of the following:
      1. 1.  Upper case letter
        2.  Lower case letter
        3.  Number
        4.  One of these special characters: (@), (.), (–), ( _ )
    3. Personal information (name, email address, business name, etc.) is not allowed
  3. Forgot Password
    1. Select “Forgot Password” on the suppleronboarding.com Sign on page.
    2. Enter your Username and select “Submit”.
    3. A temporary password will be sent to the email address on file.
    4. Select the link provided in email to be directed to the Sign on page.
      1. Enter your user name, temporary password provided in the email, and select “Sign On”
    5. On the Change Password Page, enter your temporary password in the “Enter your current password” field.
    6. Enter and re-enter your new password and select “Submit”.
    7. A confirmation message will be displayed and you will be directed to the One-time Passcode Authentication page.
    8. A one-time passcode will be sent to the email address on file. Enter it in the “One-time Passcode” field and select “Submit”.
  4. Update Password
    1. Sign on to supplieronboarding.com using your username and current password.
    2. Authenticate using the One-time Passcode sent to the email address on file.
    3. Select “Update Password” on the Manage Customer Relationships page.
    4. You will be asked to confirm your request to change your password. An email with a temporary password will be sent to the email address on file. You will be directed to the Sign on page on supplieronboarding.com
    5. Enter your username and the temporary password provided in the email, and select “Sign On”.
    6. On the Change Password Page, enter your temporary password in the “Enter your current password” field.
    7. Enter and re-enter your new password and select “Submit”.
    8. Confirmation message will be displayed and you will be directed to the One-time Passcode Authentication page.
    9. A one-time passcode will be sent to your email address on file. Enter the code into the “One-time Passcode” field and select “Submit”.

Updating Profile Settings


  • Sign in with your username, password and authenticate with one-time passcode.
  • Select “Update Profile” in upper right of the Manage Customer Relationships page.
  • Edit fields to be updated and select “Submit”.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file.

Update banking information


  • Sign on to supplieronboarding.com using your username and current password.
  • If you do not have this information, please use the Forgot Username and/or Forgot Password links under Need Help? on the supplieronboarding.com home page.
  • Once signed on, you will see your previously enrolled customer(s) in the Existing Customer Relationships section at the bottom of the page.
  • If you do not see it, scroll down as it is under the Manage Customer Relationships section and may not be immediately visible on your screen.
  • Click Enroll/Update under Action on the customer(s) relationship.
  • This will bring you to the update screen where you can edit the necessary information.
  • On the Supplier Contact Information page click the drop-down arrow under Transaction Information next to Update Banking Information.
  • Once you have completed the necessary updates, click Update at the bottom of the screen.
  • Repeat this as needed with each customer.
